How do you get through the day without caffeine? I used to be like LordMaul and Syringer, caffeine-aholic. But after it felt like my heart was going jump out of my chest, I decided to give it up. I've gone 9 months without caffeine. But recently, I been getting really sleepy at work and home. If I'm at work, I'll get up from the computer and take a walk to stay awake. If I'm at home, I usually just take a nap. I get 8 hours of sleep a night and exercise 4 times a week.
Just curious, how does everyone else get through the day without caffeine - exercise, vitamins, healthy diet, what's the secret?
