Is one not enough for 1600p?, I mean at that res, what is the pitch size, can you really tell 2AA from 4?, in a fast moving environment?, yeah my eyes aren't what they used to be, but, just wondering?

Depends on the game for me. Max Payne 3 benefits more from higher AA levels than Battlefield 3 did to my eyes. However, even with high levels of AA...BF3 still had lots of jagged mess.

Investing to NV or AMD is good, man! BallaTheStupendous, you gotta try that! Invest in the companies that you love and support!

So how many Titan owners in here and if you're overclocking, what is the average you are reaching with those overclocks. And please list the base clocks and boost clocks so we can get a clear pic. Thanks.

Suprised you didnt get one keys, dont you usually?

I accidentally bought one at my local Microcenter today for MSRP... Don't know what I was thinking, lol. To sell or to use, that is the question.

I hate it when things jump off the shelf into my shopping cart and I don't notice it till after I pay the cashier.

Just got a proper order from tiger direct for an evga card at msrp (price gouging on ebay is unreal right now) since newegg screwed up my preorder and didn't ship it out to me even though they had them in stock. I should have the card tomorrow and I'll let you know just how much I can overclock the card

I'll see if I can grab a dB meter and an IR thermometer from my buddy so I can measure some extra data for you all

I ran Heaven and got 1058/993 without touching anything in Precision. Benchmark barely hit 75C on both cards. Fan was bout 75% max and wasn't annoying at all. The 680's fan has a higher pitched sound. Looks like my signature is a worse card than my regular SC. I'll do another run maxing the power target.

Nice, thx for the tests.
You'll have a beast when the other TITAN gets there, congrats

My wife would divorce me if i spent 2k on graphic cards

So would mine. There is a solution to this problem however. Agree to a budget where you get a certain amount of money for personal use each week. You then save that money, wait until it builds to over 2 grand and then BAM, you buy two titans.

Yeah, I'm sure it was all fine and dandy as described for the 5 minutes Heaven was run.

I don't love companies 🙁

My heart gone cold Bobo...

Not even NV? Certainly I got that impression. You have double standards and your priorities change whenever it suits your imaginary war with NV over AMD. Seems like love to me. And love is always blind so don't even try to argue that you don't do that. You're not the only one, there was an uproar when AMD priced 7970 at 550$ which actually made it a better value then GTX580 3GB and 1.5GB too and yet those same people are defending the Titan's 1000$ price tag. Hilarious.

Yep and I did another run with power target up and ran it through twice and it still stayed below 78C. There isn't much headroom to OC it since the board won't allow more than 265 watts. I couldn't stay at 1100 without it downclocking on its own in a game. It's a shame that the 1.2v isn't actually usable for any length of time.
