Was driving my 2005 titan yesterday and it started cutting out on me. Felt as if it was intermittently getting fuel while going up a slight incline. The more gas I gave it, the worse it would get it seemed. I finally made it up the incline at 40 mph and then was able to get into town where I stopped at a gas station. I put 4 gallons in the truck but it already had 1/2 tank in it. I then turned it back on and it was fine for the return trip back to my house at highway speeds (70mph) and for trips throughout town yesterday afternoon. No CEL came on and there are no stored codes.

Based on what I've read on the titan forums, there is a good chance my fuel pump is starting to go out. I just dropped the tank last month to put a new fuel pressure sending unit on it so it won't be super difficult to do it again, just not something I was looking forward to doing.

Any other ideas? Spark plugs were changed last month as well. I probably put 30 miles on it since I had the problem and it hasn't come back, but it sure felt weird. I thought it could also be the throttle position sender unit going bad, but those usually just fail or work. No leaks under the truck or anything like that either, just a weird problem that, to me, felt fuel related.
