tired of the same old recipes

I have a half dozen large sirloin chops to cook for dinner. I'm sick of grilled pork chops. (and it's only 20 degrees out AND I'm out of propane for the grill)
I'm also sick of breaded porkchops & sick of cooking them with cream of mushroom soup (or something similar) over them.

I hate to admit that these are the only ways I generally have eaten these. Anyone have any good recipes/ideas?

OK - get some cooking apples and some apple cider. Brown the pork chops in a big pan, and in a seperate pan soften some onions. When the chops are brown and pan is drying out throw some cider on - it should bubble up instantly. Throw the cooked onions in. Turn the pan off. Slice the apples and lay them on the top of the chops. Put it in the oven for a while.

Do the cast iron thing like you would beef. Great crust and really tasty.

Or you could pound them really flat and make weinerschnezel.

German, Italian, Cajun, Japanese... or, just take them to the grocery store and poke at them in front of the meat counter until someone takes pity on you.

It's in the oven. Had apples, but was out of cider, so I replaced cider & apples with OJ & Pineapple pieces. Smells good...
