My new job starts tomorrow at 7:30am. For the past few years my job didn't start till 9:30am, which was fine for me because I'm NOT a morning person at all. I would sleep till noon everyday if I could. I'm going to have to start getting up around 6:30am every morning.... 
Anyone have any tips for getting up early? I'm going to start going to bed by 10:30pm every night, so I get 8hrs of sleep by the time I get up at 6:30am every morning. I normally goto the bed around 1-2am and get upat about 8:30, so it'll be a stretch to actually get 8hrs a day.
Any ideas for waking up for someone who isn't used to getting up in the early mornings? I say early, but I know lots of people get up must earlier than 6:30.... what do you do?

EDIT: I forgot to mention.... I can't have caffiene or sugar on my diet. That means, coffee or energy drink (pure sugar anyway) are out.
