He couldnt forsee his arrest because it did not happen. When he was arrested it was his present not the past. so there was NO way for him to know that it happend.

Ahh, but maybe he learned about it in school? Like how our students learn the basics of how things like flight work.

If we had some knowledge of one cure that would work, we could get to it much faster by putting all of our resorces into it as opposed to researching into several different directions.

Just a clue could be all he is offering, but it could be all we need. Theoretically.
