Come to Canada.......... then you will feel cold (although I live in Vancouver and it rarely gets below 0C/32F )

i cant sleep for sh..
 
But I can't, Adul, I just can't!

Actually, I think I'm going to go to bed in a few minutes. I'm FINALLY starting to get really sleepy. 😀
 
Ah......... I see 🙁 Drink lots of fluids and take vitamins as well as zinc tablets 🙂

I can't sleep either so I'm staying up all night until I have to sleep later (ie 10pm).
