You live in Arizona & you think it's cold

Come to Canada.......... then you will feel cold (although I live in Vancouver and it rarely gets below 0C/32F )

Actually, I think I'm going to go to bed in a few minutes. I'm FINALLY starting to get really sleepy.

Ah......... I see Drink lots of fluids and take vitamins as well as zinc tablets

I can't sleep either so I'm staying up all night until I have to sleep later (ie 10pm).
