Just watched it and I was entertained. That vato dude deserved that beatdown. However if I was the skaters, though, I would be a bit concerned that the poser gang-banger would call in some buddies to take care of business later.

Just watched it. If you pull a gun on someone you have to assume that they think you want to kill them. That means they can retaliate in self defense, and that means killing you. Why? I don't care if he's knocked out. He had the intent to kill, what if as soon as he's awake he's gonna grab the gun and try to shoot you again? Unless he's got handcuffs on, if someone pulls a gun on me I'm going to make them dead if it's possible. That's the bottom line. There's no pity for him.

I also don't care what previous altercation there might have been. If it was illegal then cops should have been involved/pressed charges, otherwise it's not NEARLY enough to pull a gun with intent to kill. Only thing that would even make me feel intent to kill is rape of a loved one, and I highly doubt those skater kids raped this kids mom/gf/sister/grandma.

honestly, though, why would you stop? why wouldn't you keep punching? you have witnesses that this dude pulled a gun on you in broad daylight. he got his ass beat, great... that won't stop him from next time just pulling the trigger whenever he sees you again. your safety has been compromised, so that's why i wouldn't stop kicking his ass until the cops showed up. once he's locked up, i'd feel safe again.
