I didn't say you couldn't, just that you don't need it. If you get an AIO, you may not be able to control those anyway.
 
Are there any comparison of the Enermax 360 vs the Noctua NH-U14S? Seen a few comparisons of the 240, but not the 360. I'm just curious how much of an improvement it will be.

I have the Noctua right now and have been happy with it, but just ordered the Enermax 360. Mainly because I wanted to use my first PCI-e slot (adding another GPU), the Noctua blocks the slot on the Zenith.

Is it a 7850 or 7870?
The 7850 is darn lean and run from a single six pin and dont have the high spikes as newer gfx cards. Same for the 7870. I would guess the 550w is plenty especially as you dont oc.
I always assumed you control fan on eg the noctua d14 from bios. Does so on my asus am4.
Fantastic cpu for the money for that purpose btw.

I can't say for sure, but the reviews I read, the enermax is a little better. I got it for that, and also the first slot situation, since I have 2 video cards, and I wanted them spaced out a lot.

No doubt about that, it just bothers me that in idle it will draw 50 more watts, this is a 24/7 system. Can be annoying on really hot days

Switch all your household lighting to high efficiency LED bulbs. You'll probably save more than 50W continuous.

Had that card once and didnt have those consumption numbers. Perhaps it got worse.
Tpu says 10w idle and 40w for playing bluray.

But anyway. Peak power consumption for that card is miniscule even measured like thg does so your 550w is plenty. Will match up fine.

Had a 7870, so what you're linking to is correct. Reason is that every AMD card prior to the 500-series runs memory at full speed while video decoding, and GDDR5 is quite power hungry... 😉

Anyway if it bothers the OP, when looking at a TR system, a simple RX550/GT1030 addition to the budget should not be an issue. MSI even makes a GT1030 with both HDMI and DisplayPort. Both are quite capable for non-gaming, efficient and have fully modern (and very low power) video decoders.

You might consider that 1030 video card, but thats my only feedback. I hope your 550 watt PSU has an 8 pin CPU and a 4 pin CPU, you need both. And an nvme M.2 SSD is almost a must !

For the SSD, my system is all SSD (Plextor M5P, Sandisk, Mushkins) and it's pretty damn quick in Windows (startup, launching). Will it really make a difference in M.2 ? Anyway I can install it at any time.

That’s not the same, the 8 pin EPS 12v connector typically separates into two 4 pin; higher end power supplies have two of these.
 
You need 2x 4+4 pin EPS12V/ATX12V connectors for TR boards. So unless you have a modular cable in addition to your hardwired one, you may be out of luck.
