Too lazy to read the other posts but my opinion is that this is a liberal ploy. I'm a proud democrate but really the younger you are the more liberal you tend to vote. Most people I know don't begin to vote conservitive untill they have to start paying TAXES!!!! Frankly this sounds like a scam to get poorly written and provisioned school bonds passed more easily.
