Girl Next Door = 2004
Harold and Kumar go to White Castle = 2004

Add to the list: Eurotrip...

and you fail 100% because you didn't mention the best of them all: Orange County. Your list is like writing an essay and finishing it up with a completely wrong statement... which makes the professor scrutinize your essay over and over and over until they've nitpicked you down to getting it completely wrong.

how is old school not mentioned???? Seriously???

'Cause it's really not about going to college and more about life after college has long since left.

So? College = Frats only when you are a douchebag. They aren't in college and Fraternities exist outside of college as well.

lol I forgot where I was posting thanks for the reality check.

But yes the movie takes place in college through about 90% of it if not more. More than half the character ARE in college. The party scenes.....all in college .......hazing scenes....all college. if you didn't like the movie thats fine but it is a classic none the less.

No it doesn't. Most of those are minor characters. Most of the party scenes are in a house that isn't on a college campus. Some of the hazing scenes take place at a college, but it certainly isn't about college.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the movie, it's just that it's about college only slightly more than Fight Club is.

Was fight club about a group of guys who wanted to relive their college years by starting a new fraternity for the current college students? If not your sentence doesn't make any fucking sense.

No, it's not, and that's exactly my fucking point. The three main characters in old school started the fraternity for the sake of having parties and getting away from their family life for a little while.

I mean, it's animal house MINUS the part where they main characters are actually in college. College is barely a subplot of the movie AT BEST.
