Explain CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, The Washing Post, and The New York Time.

Y'all do understand that there are two separate divisions at FOX News. There is the news division and there is opinion division.

You appear to have confused news that tells you things you don't want to hear with news that is biased against you.

I mean you just tried to claim with a straight face that the Republican Party stands for enforcing the law when the current Republican president fired the head of the FBI for enforcing the law against his criminal national security adviser.

does the President have the unfettered power to fire anyone that works for his administration for any, up to, no reason?

How is Trump against affordable healthcare?

He has taken several deliberate steps to make health care more expensive. Therefore he is against affordable health care. A ->B.

How can the President obstruct his own administration?

How is he above the law?

You did not think this through, haha. If you are arguing that Trump cannot obstruct his own administration even by firing law enforcement officers for investigating his possible criminal activity then he is by definition above the law.

How is the present MSM anywhere close to a free press?

It is a free press because it can publish whatever it wants without the government stopping it. Currently however, the government is attacking the free press and openly encouraging violence against it.

Yes, that would be an open, privately run, market driven healthcare market.
Which is never going to happen as long as the government pays over half of the healthcare costs (medicare) and the main recipients of those costs (the elderly) are majority Republican voters.

Obama care costs are going up because that is what the current law says.

Then so be it.

Good definition of a free press.

Yes, the current Administration is attacking the MSM because they are telling lies. You might want to read the news, it is the conservative news advocates that are having violence done to them.

Sadly, you could be correct. But I still have hope.

No, they are going up due to actions of the administration. In fact, the administration is now facing legal action for violating the Constitution by not faithfully executing the law.

Good definition of a free press.

So the government is attacking the free press for reporting things it doesn't like. Sounds like the Republicans are a dire threat to the free press.

So you believe in a free and open press except when you disagree with it, then they have to be shut down because 'they are telling lies.' Yeah, that sounds logically consistent and not in any way fascist...

And which 'conservative news advocates' are having violence done to them, specifically?

No. He cannot fire someone when doing so breaks the law. He cannot fire someone just because he or she is a member of a protected class. He cannot fire someone for being black or gay or pregnant, for example. He cannot fire someone for properly reporting illegal activity. He cannot intentionally obstruct a criminal investigation by firing someone.

POTUS is not above the law.

It's stupid that this even needs to be explained to anyone. For example the president can sign bills passed by Congress into law and that is totally within his powers to do. He cannot sign a bill into law in exchange for money, as that's bribery - a felony. Similarly, he can fire his FBI director because he doesn't like his face, or because he's bored. He cannot fire him to prevent him from investigating criminal activity by his subordinates. That's obstruction of justice.

Well he could fire anyone. Of course Trump could go to jail for it.
