Even with genetic problems, that's still criminal of the parents. Kids get like that because they become bastards when they don't get food (not all their fault), and the parents give in to it to appease them.

I seriously doubt that in this case it is any fault of the parents. This is rare for a reason, perhaps this kid has no metabolism or can't burn off fat like the rest of us can. You guys act like the parents just kept feeding and kept feeding this kid sh!t until it couldn't walk.
