So they can get street cred on world star hip hop.

It's unfortunate that no resources will be used to track down anyone on this recording. I know the argument about better usage of limited resources, etc. but at some point we need to stop the perpetuation/glorification of this type of culture.

I love how this is justified by posting a few pictures of racist rednecks lynching some people. Guess what? That was perpetrated by people I didn't know, in a different time, and is not accepted at all.

White dude must have been drunk or something, letting himself get into that situation in the first place, and then walking right into probably the most obvious punch I've ever seen.

No shit sherlock

You can't have a hint of alcohol and carry.

Carrying Under the Influence

An individual licensed to carry a concealed pistol shall not possess a concealed pistol on their person or motor vehicle while they have any bodily alcohol content (.02 bodily alcohol content [BAC] or above) or a controlled substance.*

Acceptance of a Concealed Pistol License (CPL) constitutes implied consent to submit to a chemical test for violations of this law.

A police officer who has probable cause to believe an individual is carrying a concealed pistol and has consumed alcohol may require a chemical test of breath, blood, or urine.

An individual carrying a concealed pistol with any BAC is subject to immediate seizure of their pistol and the following penalties:
BAC of .02 - .07 = State civil infraction, $100 fine, and up to 1-year CPL license revocation.
BAC of .08 - .09 = 93-day misdemeanor, $100 fine, and up to 3-year CPL license revocation.
BAC of .10 or more = 93-day misdemeanor, $100 fine, and permanent CPL license revocation.
* This does not prohibit an individual licensed under this act to carry a concealed pistol who has any bodily alcohol content from transporting that pistol in the locked trunk of his or her motor vehicle or another motor vehicle in which he or she is a passenger or, if the vehicle does not have a trunk, from transporting that pistol unloaded in a locked compartment or container that is separated from the ammunition for that pistol or on a vessel if the pistol is transported unloaded in a locked compartment or container that is separated from the ammunition for that pistol.

.02 is like a swig of beer.

Yeah, it's also called "In personal defense". I would sure as hell feel like my life is being threatened by those baboons and pistol whip the mofos.

If a judge disagree with that, he can suck my left nut and I'll rot in jail happily for 90 days.

no tough guy, you have booze in you or durgs and you pull a piece you are in a world of shit. FYI weapon charges are a lot longer than90 days and you will have a felony conviction.

if you hve a gun on you even if you have a CCW and you have alchol in your system you are going to jail. no ifs ands or buts about it.

you dont have to brandish it, all it takes is for a DUI stop and when they search your car and find your gun you are in deep shit. more deep shit than just the DUI charge.

bottom line is if you drink or plan on drinking do not have a piece on you. ever.

This varies by state, and states that don't require a permit obviously wouldn't have this limitation...and the consequences for carrying while intoxicated vary as well and quite frequently aren't felonies, in fact most are misdemeanors and usually only result in the loss/suspension of the permit...

Why would they film this and risk getting fired from their jobs?

I don't see how any educated people would act that way and still be stupid enough to film it for everyone to see.

What if they want to run for president someday or contribute something good to society. This would come back to bite them in the ass. Don't they care?!?

you are implying that they have jobs or that they care about anything but themselves.
