Well, the good news is that the human body is supposedly able to survive for 3 days without water. So your probably not going to die from this.
 
That is a retarded thing to do to your body. I'm glad you went through all that and lost.
The winner lost 12 pounds in the last 2 days. I lost 6. If I lost 7, I'd have won.

And losing weight that way is pretty standard for kids on wrestling teams in order to "make weight," though they often go to much more extremes.
 
I can easily lose 10-20 pounds a month even recently it's been simple.

My biggest loss was 86lbs in 3 months after my divorce and being 25 or so just lining up fast food and drinking/partying all night.

The first time I did lose weight so quick my doc was worried I had cancer or some other major illness.

ECA stacks, heavy lifting and eating small every 3-4 hours works best for me.

You don't look like a kid in the photos I've seen. 😉

You should be careful with rapid weight loss and dehydration at such a ripe young age. I'm pretty sure this has caused heart attacks.
