Regardless of your methods on the last day, congrats on the 15% weight loss. That's tremendous.

cutting water is only effective if you've lowered your sodium intake to almost nothing for at least a week before attempting to cut otherwise your body will do everything it can to hold on to the little bit of water it has.

Might as well blow a load or two, cut your toenails, shave your body, pull out your wisdom teeth and clean your ears.

If after doing all that your hearts stops, pull that out too. They don't call it biggest loser for nothing.

Except for preparing to cook steaks, I add salt to zero foods. My grocery store trips for the past 10 weeks have been largely limited to a trip around the perimeter of the store - fruit & veggies section, milk/eggs/cheese section, fresh meats section. So, virtually no processed foods = only natural amounts of sodium.

As far as feeling run down - not yet. I'm sure I'm going to really be feeling the lack of caffeine by this evening though. I typically don't get in from the barn until sometime between 11pm and midnight each night, and I go out to the barn by 5:15 to 5:30 every morning. Not much sleep lately, including weekends.

I fail to see what being good at math has to do with knowing you can drop a few pounds by dehydrating yourself and not eating...

No one knows anyone else's weight. The weights aren't reported. The three of us are all good enough that when we see "Bob lost 4.23%" and a couple weeks later, "Bob is down 5.87%", we can figure out Bob's weight, figure out how many pounds he lost, how close he is to us, etc.

It's not knowing that you can drop a few pounds, but knowing that those few pounds are enough of a percentage of that person's total weight that they can pass you at the finish line.

My brother was a wrestler in high school. This was his pre-match routine for four years. He also wrapped himself up in trash bags to encourage sweating and spit all the f'in time to lose that little bit extra weight. You could try more spitting. Also, if you go the trash bag route, post pics.

I bet the quality of education is a little subpar today.

Aren't most schools closed for spring break this week? All out Elementary, Middle, and High schools are. Along with some Universities.
Dr. Pizza is either a Middle or High school math teacher, AFAIK.

My break starts Friday. GAHHHH! My son screwed up the brakes on his car, I spent the entire evening helping him fix them. Had to replace everything - wheel cylinder, adjuster, spring kit, etc. Didn't make it to the gym to sweat out a little more water.

I lost by an incredibly slim margin - a fraction of a pound more lost & I would have won. :(

If only you'd put on an extra 50 pounds before the contest started, you could've won in a landslide. And, as a bonus, shaved a couple of meaningless years off your life.

Congrats on your intensity, your determination, and your loyalty to your friends. Be sure and update us as to when you regain all that weight.

That means, no dinner last night, no beverages last night after splitting wood for 3 hours, and worst of all, no coffee, breakfast, water, lunch, dinner, or anything else today. (Plus an hour at the gym to continue dehydrating myself.)
That is a retarded thing to do to your body. I'm glad you went through all that and lost.

Other tips for putting yourself ahead in this contest:
1.) Donate Blood.
2.) Make sure you take a dump as well before before tomorrow's final weigh in. Force yourself if you have to.
Dump can weigh a ton sometimes...

Dulcolax, Senna Lax, etc...whatever laxative you want to use.

 This is really bad advice.
