Apparently, you are supposed to send an SMS to this number, and he returns with the answer.

If anyone gets the response SMS, please let me know.

hmm who will send the sms?
i don't believe that cause it's expensive in germany to send a sms
no real free sms anymore here

no chance, german privacy rules have been changed, it's knot allowed to search for numbers in digital phonebooks, there are hacks but most cellnumbers aren't in phonebooks and google doesn't now the number...

"hallo ich benötige den namen der nächsten rätselseite, falls diese nummer nicht teil des rätsels ist, bitte diese sms ignorieren"

in englisch:

"hi i need the name of the next riddlepage, if this number is not part of the riddle, plz ignore this sms"

i found a forum where they found a solution (they said) it has something to do with the numbers and with writing sms 😉
i'm not sure writing a sms is wrong but i think so i think it has something to do with the letters on your handy relating to the numbers... but how to find the right combination?

Hint for 22:

Send sms with mailaddress to the number you'll get a mail telling you "Die Antwort erscheint unerwartet zu sein"

The Answer seems to be unexpected"

German Word for unexpected is unerwartet

the only SMS message i can come up with using 2643598 that makes any sense is ANGEL98, but that doesn't do anything either.

oh, i get it. duh.

Erm... First, Hello @ all ( /me forum-n00b...😛)

Then, I still got stuck @ 19. You know, I do know what to do there, in fact I already managed to decode the upper line (username) but I can not make out the lower one. so if s.o. could be so kind...?

upper line: vogbjs
lower line: ?

thx 4 help

the number is 0174-2643598

to the question of page 19: take the letter before the letter standing on the page and you'll get the word unfair
the second line makes the word riddle

Here is the complete Mailsource, as you can see the Mail is sent to 2 Persons.
Dunno if the creator saves the Mailaddresses or if it was just a mistake to show me the Mailaddress of another player.
My Mailaddress down is changed to "me@myprovider.de"
The fat printed stuff is the content in plain text
Italic is the Mailaddresses this mail is sent to.
It took 12 hours for a reply

Change the HTML to

cage.htm

C,A,G,E are the four notes being played over and over again in the background.

Help = Hint?

There's some clue that says something like "moving to the left/right?" I can't remember what it said exactly. Leave the VOGBJS in order and figure out what else could that hint could be.
