Do you layer the colors over the skull pic, or the letters?

The omega and alphas are of slight importance.

The skull is irrelevant

by important, do you mean they are layered over the skull pic? They are not the same size so they don't fit correctly.
Are the colors layered in the order of the colors, or the words?
