Let me put it this way: If you try to lift her while she is trying to lift you, neither of you will be able to lift the other... unless you can levitate.

Still wont work. As long as she is pushing up on you, she cannot be lifted no matter what technique you use.

The trick is to tell her to keep hands off of you completely.

Again, I'm amazed so few people figure this out.
