Why are they all trying to lift her with the hands around the waist method? If it was that difficult shouldn't they be putting a little more into it and be grabbing her a little lower, say around her butt?

"Mind over matter", hmm, maybe she just tells the guys "I'll sleep with you if you don't lift me up".

LOL. It's not amazing, just simple leverage I think. You notice they all are trying to lift her with their hands around her waist. You'll also notice that the lady has her hands on their arms, so she's using their weight to help keep herself grounded.

If they were to simply wrap their arms around her legs and lift (or keep her from putting her hands on their arms) they would be able to lift her easily.

they should grab her behind the butt and lift. By the way, the pics are prolly taken before the people pick her up and one second later is after she is picked up.

i bet there's some strong magnet under the stage or something and puts huge pieces of iron in her shoes or something so that she can't move when the switch is flipped.
