Yes it is a terrible idea, lol. Cause after awhile drivers are going to start dismissing the image and one day bam, run right over a real child. This is a terrible idea of crying wolf, this is dumb.

This is one of the worst Ideas I have EVER heard of.
I come up with many bad ideas every day, but NONE have even been as close as this. One idea I had was to make a shed with a 24 foot high ceiling and put a sod roof on it with fainting goats, then, whenever they get scared, it will rain goats around my shed. That is a bad idea, But this, optical illusions of children to get people to slow down, but still drive over .... this is pretty much the opus of bad ideas. This is so horrible that if it was written about on bbspot.com, it would have no bblievers. If it was on the onion, nobody would believe it, because it isn't believable. It's just STUPID.
