Good point. You've probably given me the best idea so far. Besides dumping crap in his room and giving him reason to retaliate, etc. Those are good ideas, but in different circumstances, methinks. When he gets home, I'll talk to him about splitting the lease termination fee. Thanks Bryan.

Well it seems to me from several other posts that you gain pleasure from hearing stupid suggestions, like smashing your roomies feet with a hammer, etc...

But if you want some advice, fine, here's some advice. Tell him if he doesn't clean his crap up that his stuff will start disappeaing. And don't take any BS from him.
