He looks like the guy from perfect strangers. I'm only halfway through, but this commentator is an idiot. He's spewing propaganda. The current crop of troops does not give us any freedoms.
 
Ok, now this is dumb. The first commentator was a douche and had no interest in any sort of discuss, he is just insulting this strange looking man. The second commentator did make some good points, but ignored a huge point about why people join the military. People who join the military often do it because they can't find better jobs, they don't have many other options, and they've been misled by recruiters. Obviously this kid is completely ignorant of the fact cause he grew up rich, he never had to consider those options.

I can't decide who's more of an ass, the kid or the first commentator.

I don't even know why I'm wasting my time with a response. The military protects the government which in turn protects our rights given to us in the Bill of Rights. Where would we be without a military? We'd be under control of either the British Empire, Nazi Germany, or Communist Soviet Union. How many freedoms would you NOT have then?


Besides, that idiot is most definately wrong on all accounts towards his prime arguement. He is attacking the soldiers because he feels they make too much money and family receives too much benifits in the event of being killed while in service. That is most definately NOT the soldier's faults, if anyone, it would be the fault of those who create the pay structure. The guy's entire argument is full of massive faults, and thus any points he tries to make should be disregarded.
