You keep repeating how many Absentee ballots were counted in 1996 compared to the ones that were counted this election.

Were there 1400 Absentee ballots THROWN OUT in 1996 ???

Red: I am a concervative. If you had to label me I would be a liberal republican on most issues( that makes sense huh,, you just ave to know me ). I don't like to label myself if I can avoind it. I also don't think either party is handling this mess with any kind of character.

Nick Stone: No I didn't take you too seriously. I forget that people don't know me ( in person ) and they don't realize that 90% of the time I am completely joking about everything.

As an aside, the same show (GumBall) had an on-the-spot at some cafe. One table of interviewees consisted of a Dad, his son and his daughter. The Dad was a '60's throwback liberal Bore apologist.

The son and daughter tatooed his ass but good! It gave me great hope to see that, despite the odds, these young people grew a brain.

Good question, Nick. I don't know how many were thrown out in 1996.

Same criteria though. The election is certainly under a microscope this year.

I would like to see those ballots counted. I haven't heard any good suggestions about how to do it though. What would you do with a ballot received AFTER election day that wasn't postmarked?

There is one main reason I cannot be an independant. I don't want any flames for this either! I am prolife. I believe abortionis murder and I cannot support someone who is prochoice. Again, this is my belief and don't want anyone to think I am trying to push that on you.

<< You needn't worry about that. I don't think I will be going in for one anytime soon. >>

Maybe the question isn't whether you need one, but rather if you ARE one.

Seriously Red, that is just a friendly jab at you that is not meant to be taken seriously. It's sad that I feel the need to make this statement because there will be 150 people to jump in here and slam me for making such a comment. I think that Red Dawn must have some type of sense of humor since he readily recognizes sense of humor in others.

Sincerely,

By the way, did you ever notice that if you switched the first letters in your nick that is sounds eerily similar to "dead wrong"?

I don't care what anybody says, no matter what side you're on, it's the other side that's stealing the election. My point about the Repubs throwing the Domos in prison was just an example of the kind of stupid reasoning I see comming from those fearing a recount. It's easer to see how stupid it is when it comes from the other side. :D
