Idaho is a very tolerance place, actually. I've seen more mixed marriages here than most places, between Latinos and white, and black and white. Most of the black college students here date or married to the white or the Asian students. Blacks were welcome to the universities here while they were being booed and and thrown rocks at in Alabama in the the 50s and 60s.
What does 50 years ago have to do with the fact that Idaho is a CURRENT hotbed for the White Supremacy movement?
The South is more integrated than Idaho for sure. I take it you've never been to Birmingham, Orlando, New Orleans, Atlanta, Jackson, or Dallas have you? Interracial marriages as well as desegregated societies are not even an issue in 99% of the South. Only old race-baiters like you who want to bash an area for the attitude of a minority 50-60 years ago...
Idaho:
White persons, percent, 2000 (a) 91.0%
Black or African American persons, percent, 2000 (a) 0.4%
American Indian and Alaska Native persons, percent, 2000 (a) 1.4%
Asian persons, percent, 2000 (a) 0.9%
Persons of Hispanic or Latino origin, percent, 2000 (b) 7.9%
Wow, 91% White. You've got less than 60k Black people in your entire state.
Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, etc are much more diverse and integrated than Idaho. Try again, troll.
