You can get a factory refurbished Acer XB280HK at a Best Buy for $350-$400. I got mine for $350 with free shipping. 1 dead pixel in bottom left corner but that is no problem at 4k!

It took me about a week calling various Best Buys to find one. I got mine from New Jersey.
I can't find any in stock but Newegg has it for $470 which isn't terrible. Looking at refurbished stock, walmart is also out of stock.
But keep an eye out each week for factory refurbished 4k gsync monitors. A good deal will happen I promise.
edit: I just called same BB in New Jersey. The monitor is no longer in stock for good
