It's called MiraCast/Wi-Di on this side of the pond. And it will be the standard very soon, and much more successful than AirPlay.
Just like DLNA right?

Ordered the red Lumia 920 at the AT&T store, will be next week before I have a chance to pick it up.
I am in the same boat here.
Got iPhone4 at release, and then iPhone5 at release. Just getting tired of iOS now.
Tried the Lumia 920 for a week before I returned it. Loved the UI but app store is terrible. Also, pdf reader on it sucked (has it been fixed yet?). No VPN support but it should be coming. Web browsing was smooth but rendering had some defects.
Currently, I am trying the Nexus 4. Love it, tons of apps, and great screen. Lack of LTE but AT&T 3G/4G is still plenty fast.
I still find myself going back to iPhone5 as one-hand use is so much more comfortable on iPhone as compared to Nexus 4 (or similar sized phones).
Still deciding between the two. Might even give the Lumia 920 a second try once VPN is supported and pdf reader is fixed.

Lack of Airplay on any other phone OS makes me avoid them.![]()
