It doesn't need a quad core

, the game is hardly CPU intensive, it taxes your video card the most.
I'm already on Mission 12 in Son of Sparda mode, Legendary Dark Knight mode is amazing, coupled with Turbo mode, it's something consoles gamers are really missing out on (I never thought I'd enjoy a DMC game more on a PC than a console

).
While not as hard as Devil May Cry 3, it's still not slouch in the difficulty department. The bosses are all pretty great with the exception of Berial (it's a bit annoying to fight him with Nero in harder difficulty levels, BTW Berial is the fire horse with lion face demon in the second level, the first boss).
The Dante portion of the game seems like an afterthought but his fighting style is just as developed (if not more) as Nero's, the problem is he goes through the same levels as Nero and fights the same bosses (which are pretty easy since they were designed for Nero not Dante).
Definitely recommend for any PC gamer, even if you have a console, the PC version is the one to get, extra content, better graphics and constant framerate, controller flexibility and gameplay enhancements.
