think your employee discounts are good ?

I worked at Comcast as a CSR during college.

I was able to enjoy all of the below:
Free PREMIUM digital cable service: All channels & premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, etc...)
Free High speed internet
Free Local & Long distance phone service/

Absolutely amazing. That's about $200 a month right there.

[edit]
They also send a mini family outing annually. I was given four six flags ticket for all my family.

I can't wait til I get a real job after college though... I want real perks!

Dude, those are real perks, and nice ones. In the professional world companys don't give much of anything anymore unless you are an executive (or sometimes salesforce)
I have worked for 3 of the worlds larges companys in my life, and have never gotten any perks worth mentioning, unless you count a pink slip when Enron went kaput.

Notice that it says Anheuser-Busch "adult employees." As opposed to the massive child labor force they employ?

Isnt better to get that 200 USD and buy what you desire?

There's a difference in a company giving a raise/bonus, and a company giving perks...

Yeah. They get more booze so they don't notice missing co-workers or complain to OSHA. 😛

16/17 to get a job...you have to be 21 to drink. I hope you can subtract?

I work retail, I like my employee discounts/accomodations quite a bit better. Though, a FREE lunch every day would be nice. That is, unless its old school cafeteria style.

Wow, Walmart is really over doing it!

no kidding. 10% off select merchandise! w00t!

My Emp D at Circuit City can be decent. I get merchandise at what they claim is cost. On computers, it is like.. 2%. on big screen TVs, it is around 50%. Accessories are huge, though.. for example, the 6" USB cables we sell for $27.99 (eww) I get on discount for $2.
