pickled deer heart is amazingly good. haven't tried the human variation, and won't likely knowingly do so.

I remember the first time I tried it. I was thinking that pickled meat sounds bad enough, but pickled heart? It was delicious. I have the hearts pickled every year now.
 
I love blues music from the 30's-50's. Everyone else thinks it's a joke when they get in my car and my CD player starts up 😀
