Great concept, horrible implementation
FWD Full-sized sedan with 260 HP (bastards)
Battery located under back seat
Unreliable, and very expensive to fix

Perfect, so far, exept friend who is 6'4" can't drive it, since his knees block shifter is 1st gear.

Apparently, you haven't seen the cupholders on BMW E39. They are so bad it sells like hotcake on Ebay.
Just bought an 2005 Magnum RT (Hemi). Only complaint is that I want to hit the gas to let all 8 cylinders push me down the road, but with gas prices recently, i keep holding back and only using 4.
Also, poor parking brake placement, I tend to touch it getting into the car.

The only think I hate about this car is the fact that after 13 years of driving it has succumbed to the Michigan Winters and rust has prevented me from replacing the clutch in a reasonable amount of time and expense.
If you must know three out of the four crossmember bolts broke inside the frame upon removal and the clutch disc exploded making it impossible to separate the engine and trans without extreme effort.
RIP my little Escort.

I love my Dakota, and I never have to do anything with the brakes. I check them every 10,000 miles or so. Still original pads and shoes at 71,000. Lots left on the front.
Biggest downside, some minor rattling noise in the transmission under moderate load (not light or heavy) in 3rd and 4th. (not there in 1, 2, 5, and R, manual transmission)

2002 Civic LX Coupe. I have very few complaints:
The in-dash 6CD changer seems to be prone to error and jamming (although mine has not acted up for the past 2 months)
Passenger side power lock actuator conveniently failed about a month after the warranty period expired.
No trunk release on the factory keyless entry system
Sometimes 2nd gear is dodgy...feels like it's engaged but it's not...*SCRAPE*
Fuel gauge occasionally "jams" after filling.
Driver's seatbelt sometimes won't latch.
I've pretty much got to nitpick to come up with complaints about it.

I've pretty much got to nitpick to come up with complaints about it.
It missfires like CRAZY after a rainstorm followed by a warm day or a muggy morning, becuase the distributor cap on my car is mounted horzontally instead of vertically, causing massive sputtering becuase of condensation inside the cap. I can take it off and dry the inside of the cap off easliy, but I'm lazy and postpone driving the car until I absolutley have to or it dries up outside. This started happening like a month after I bought the car and finally figured it out last summer. :roll:
Also, the driver's side seat's stiching is coming loose up by my left shoulder, and the front bolt that attaches to the frame - well, the frame that connects at that point rusted off and snapped one day. I had to re secure it by welding a rectangular piece of metal and a large bolt so the lugnut could be re-fastened. The console (the part that lifts up) is all busted up too.
Oh, and yesterday I ripped off the cloth that is on the side of the door by 'cleaning' it with a shopVac.
Other than that, it's PERFECT! :thumbsup:

Ford owes me a TSB on the ebrake but won't do it because the only cars that ever show the symptoms are the ones where the ebrake is used constatnly (read MT). I use mine all the time anyway to keep the 3200lbs from rocking against the AT when I go to park and have all of the same slippage problems that the TSB was issued for in the first place :|

Live axle means that when you send your back end out, it hops around instead of gradually sliding in and out, making it VERY unpredictable.

No power windows (except the rearmost wind-vents, which ARE, for some ungodly reason, power, and can only be activated from the front row)
Heater has a funny "burnt" smell to it
Dipstick *DESPISES* being reinserted.
