See the list to find out if Trumps vanity project will impact your area.

List is captured in a doc link on the site
The Pentagon revealed on Wednesday the full list of $3.6 billion in military construction projects that will get shelved to help build a wall along the U.S.- Mexico border, according to documents obtained by NPR.

Lawmakers from Virginia to Arizona learned their states will lose millions in military construction projects as part of the plan.

Where's the wall funding to isolate the WH day care center from the rest of the free world? They also need a AF1 prop for him to enter so he can feel presidential without risking anyone else.

Ya'll spend too much money on that shit as it is....wall is stupid though

I'm all for cutting the fat but some of these projects seem important and will cost people their good paying jobs.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., learned Tuesday that the U.S. Military Academy at West Point will lose funds.
In Virginia, the state's Cyber Operations Facility at Joint Base Langley-Eustis will lose $10 million, Navy Ships Maintenance Facility in Portsmouth will lose more than $26 million and projects to replace hazardous materials warehouses in Norfolk and Portsmouth will lose $41 million.

This is going to cause a shutdown in October. I can't see the Dems refunding these projects so Trump can just steal the funds again, and Republicans are already saying how they won't pass a bill that doesn't.

175 miles of new wall in progress. Not bad.
Yeah, it only took over two years for 60 miles of replacement wall to be built.
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has completed just about 60 miles of “replacement” barrier during the first 2½ years of Trump’s presidency, all of it in areas that previously had border infrastructure.

I'm sure it will be done in time for the election, even if they have to lie about it, I'm sure his supporters will believe it.

Meh we can never cut back because all of it is always important so sayeth the MIC. People will lose their jobs, but our military shouldn’t be a jobs platform.

While I agree we should cut military spending drastically it hardly seems useful to do so in order to make a useless wall.

Maddow just pointed out how a good portion of the funds being cut are related to the European Deterrence Initiative/European Reassurance Initiative (EDI/ERI)--basically this is the program Obama put together to deter Russia from seizing any more foreign soil in Europe as a response to annexing Crimea. Airbase improvements in Eastern Europe and Norway, ammunition depots, training programs and other defensive improvements.

In other words, Trump is still being Putin's bitch, and he found a novel way to defund Russian deterrence.

Wonder who whispered this idea in Trumps ear!

We could take the money congress wants to give to union bosses back to the military and fund the wall with plenty to spare. The liberals wouldn't stand for that, how else could they divert tax payer funds to the unions to pay for thier campaigns?

Pension Bailout

So strong unions throughout the 20th century is what inarguably led to the strength of the middle class, general wealth egalitarianism, and honest wages tracked directly with performance, and you think Unions are the problem? GOP union busting starting in the late 70s saw a direct regression of wages/labor performance, and it isn't any other way.

Sounds to me like your rectum is still crammed shut with a heaping turdfull of Reagan.
