I wouldn't recommend them unless you already have the basics down and a solid diet. They are safe but can be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing. When it says to stay hydrated, you better stay hydrated...you also better not drink, which you should not be doing on a cut anyway.

Anyway I like ripped Fuel a lot but since ephedra was banned they have gone down in popularity, MAN Scorch is also good.

^^ thanks.... did they pull ephedra from all supplements? i thought they still used it in trimspa products. anyway, i have a bad diet, but try to exercise regularly (cardio, free weights). i guess if i spent the money on this, i'd force myself to stick to a good diet and work out harder.....

Ephedra is no longer allowed to be sold as a fat burning agent as by the FDA BAN in 2005, in 2006 though it was only restricted. So you can get it by fly by the night companies...or as sold for athsma in Bronkiad (how most people get it) behind the counter at your local drugstore. But, yes it was pulled from all supplements in 05.

Excuse me, I forgot to mention Ephedra (mau hung) is technically still banned, in Bronkaid it is Ephedrine HCL, basically the same thing, just a little weaker which can be made up with dosage.

I find it's cheaper to make your own ECA/ECG stack. Also, they seem to be easier on my stomach than some of the thermos I've tried. As SVT Cobra mentioned you can get Ephedrine HCL in the US to make your own thermogenic stacks.
