I'm in for one. There's an option to have them mail you the rebate. Even if it doesn't come in, it's still less than 80 bucks shipped to me.

very nice deal...wonder if the rebate is limit 1...probably
I'm planning on building a new rig soon...might be time to start stocking up on parts.
Efficiency rating looks a bit low (so it doesn't seem like it'll actually give me any more power than my current PSU) but the fact that it seems like it comes with all kinds of crazy crap is kinda neat.

Hmm...

well you can always return it.. and make outpost pay the differences since there is a rebate up on the site. Anyways this psu goes for atleast 110+ bucks and is a steal at 70 bucks.

*i read from slick deals that outpost always forget to post the rebate up*

Outpost is notorious for having the wrong rebate on their site, or an outdated rebate, or no rebate at all. It has to do with the people who run the site. It is incompetence, not an attempt to be slimy. Just call them and they will email you the correct rebate form. They are a very easy company to deal with and are VERY reputable.

there is a rebate.. and im kinda sad that it's not the newer version but I still think 40 bucks is a nice price for a 500w psu.

Hmmm, the page with all of the info for all PSU's show the w0100ru has no active PFC. But the link dafobulous posted says that there might be two versions; a PFC one and a non PFC one... confused??

If the listed information that the PSU operates @ around 20dba and has 70< efficiency, then for $25 ($35 ish for me after tax/shipping) is a steal.

Based on my experience, it will be a definite improvement in reliability IMO over the X-Connect you have. For a 7900GT...sure. But for SLI, I would go for 18A+ on dual rails.

i'm not calling the guy on Slick deals a liar but I just called outpost right now and they themselves don't even know the exact model number. Anyways my order has been shipped and we'll know in 2 days.

I ordered this exact psu last week and it is definitley the w0100ru

it was a steal for me at the full $70 price IMHO. No meter or anything, but definitley a solid, braided 500w PSU with a beautiful finish and quick release molex's. I can't complain

The quickest way for you to get a current rebate form is to
download it from the product description page on our website. You may
also reach us by phone at 1-877-OUTPOST or 1-860-927-2050.

I bought the Thermaltake but like everyone else I couldn't open the rebate. I then asked for one to be sent to me but the above E-Mail was sent. I was hoping they would fix the
rebate link but it doesn't look that way. Now do I call and ask for a rebate form or will they send me one. This is very confusing and I'm surprised at Fry's for not fixing the link.
