Wow. Can someone confirm this?

If this is so I'll be mightily pissed off... There's nothing on the box or label that says refurb... You can't sell refurb unless its explicited stated, right?

that's correct--selling refurbished unit as new one is fraud. I've never seen a manufacturer offer rebate on a refurbished product. I think the rep was just BSing. It's out of stock, though.

I have mailed in my rebate.
Well.. I mailed it in with a buch of other rebates. All the others are showing up in status-now.com.

However, this $45 rebate is not showing up.
Does yours show up on status-now.com?
Can somebody please email me the rebate pdf form?
I am just wondering if there is a number I can call about it.
