As far as driving goes, it would be absurdly easy to design a device that tests the important factor which is impairment, regardless of what caused said impairment.

Besides being impaired while performing some sort of task that requires you not to be impaired (work, driving, etc) I don't see how its anyone elses business so testing if someone is impaired or not should be perfectly sufficient.

Gawd-Dammit...do NOT try to interject logic into the War on Drugs! :colbert:

Unfortunately, we already know that all states fight drunk driving by enforcing laws restricting blood alcohol concentration to less than .08% (and many states enforce even lower BAC levels). No proof of impairment is needed.

So it's very, very unlikely - even assuming MJ is legalized throughout the U.S. - that states will do anything different to fight THC-impaired driving. The states will simply mandate a threshold concentration of THC in the blood as illegal.

That's a lot more difficult than you represent it to be. The only reason they can express breathalyzer results as alcohol levels in the bloodstream is that there's a direct & provable correlation.

That's not the case with urinalysis or any other known non-intrusive method of cannabis testing. Only a blood test can show that, and I seriously doubt that can ever be made mandatory in this country. I certainly hope not.

I hope you're right.

My state will call for an EMT to take your blood by force on the spot if you refuse to submit to a breathalyzer test.

i need an oil rig really bad :)

still doing hash sandwiches with hotknifes weed+hash+weed when i smoke oil/hash :) (or a little on top of a bowl works great too, but really, that's just transferring most of it from on top of the bowl to the downstem i've figured out lol :)

Well who knows maybe they could make a thing like people with diabetes use to check their levels. A little prick on the finger isn't gonna kill any one.

uh oh, is yours labeled RooR TECH or just RooR? If it's just RooR its a fake, RooR doesnt do percs unless its a fully custom piece, RooRs sister company RooR TECH is the division that does percs and other scientific glass. So unless its a RooR tech label it's probably a fake RooR (still probably a good bong though, just not authentic RooR)

I have a Mobius 65T as my main piece and a RooR tech flush recycler for dabbing.

I also have a few SNIC pieces because I love electroformed glass.

Anyway enough of that, getting a tad off topic.

It's still invasion of the body. Breath & urine tests pass Constitutional muster because they are outside the body. They aren't part of you. Saliva tests push the limit. Hair tests are strictly voluntary, as well, even though they don't hurt at all.

Getting high, stoned, or drunk is immensely fun.

If you didn't ever desire to indulge in at least one of those things at some point in your life, especially during your youth, then you have a problem.

Yeh, anybody who drinks is obviously an alcoholic, anybody who tokes is obviously a doper, right?

Not in the perceived reality shared by the ROTW, but you've never shown any inclinations to join us, anyway.

perk.gif

my downstem doesnt have that flared area though, same exact perc and shape otherwise though......prob a knockoff :dunno:

looking at that, i see that bottom is way different on mine as well......that has hard flat edges, mine is rounded... wait that's not even a beaker bottom.....

fuck i should just take a pic...... mines the beaker bottom version of that piece above though, i'm gonna take a pic when i get unlazy

No one, so teaching our young people proper use of drugs (that includes alcohol) should be a top priority.

Moderation.

Yeah probably a knock off, they just slap a RooR sticker on there and and charge an extra $50.

RooR.de ONLY does straight tubes with diffused downstems NO percolators at all unless you get one custom made from there for $1.5k+. RooR.us doesn't exist anymore because of shitty quality control, and I don't think they ever did percs in their tubes, that just leaves RooR Tech as the only legit RooR label with percs out there.

Don't worry though, unless you planned on selling it one day it wont effect you in the slightest, still looks like a good tube.

My friend just picked up an HVY inline perc to double 8-arm tree percs. Hits like a champ.

You intoxicate yourself with your troll attempts.

Intoxicating myself with marijuana (if you can call it that, since mj is not toxic) is FUN.

I desire to have fun. That's my problem.

Everytime I see you post it throws me off, because the content of your post doesn't match your screen name IGayBiTrans, at least that's what pops into my head.
