I'm kinda like you when it comes to wasps. Maybe not quite as bad.
My approach would be to get some wasp spray with the long range jet and kill it with that. The stuff leaves an oily residue that you'll have to clean up afterwards, but if you're even fairly accurate you won't get any outside of about a square foot around the wasp.
WRONG!
It takes an average wasp 11 days to consume 20,000 cubic feet of oxygen.
I'm guessing you have a grasshopper infestation down there. Wear a mask.
But before it dies, it'll have time to inject eggs in your eye socket.
Couple that with the wasps body that's covered in acid, you'll lose the eye in the process.
I ask you.....is it worth it?.....![]()
Typical worker bee. What union and where are his six other buddies watching you work?I have two nests outside my office window. This guy was watching me work one day:
The last time I did that, it didn't kill it right away and the fucker flew at me full speed. I never ran so fast in my life.
Indeed.I added the extra day on for the OP, because I think he wanted to be sure the wasp was dead.
Actually, as much as I dislike spiders, they don't freak me out. Only flying/stinging insects do.If you get your little-girl panties in such a bunch over a wasp...I can't wait to see how badly you freak out if you find a spider!
Indeed.

My secret weapon against bugs is Scrubbing Bubbles. I just like how it foams up and consumes them. Some bugs wont die from it...so you are going to have to get them again.
It's back!Well not the same one, obviously. What the fuck makes these assholes think they can takeover my home? I'm keeping a close eye on this one. So far it's sitting on the window flailing around like its having a seizure.
A good thing to do is swat it against somewhere that is highly visible and DO NOT clean it up. Let it sit there as a warning to future wasps. From my experience, any bug species that sees its own kind obliterated against the wall will not go near your house again.
Throughout my house I have probably 25 different bug species either stomped on the ground or the wall.
Better figure out how it got in. You might have a hole somewhere that needs to be plugged.
