I've had absolutely no problems with them in my 3 years with the company.

Their new $40 plan is unbeatable. 1000 anytime, unlimited nights and weekends? No one even comes close to competing with that. Plus, GSM phones simply kick ass.

i've never had a problem with ATT Wireless in the 2 or 3 times i've had to deal with CS there. wait times weren't out of line, either. i've spent about $480 a year for 2 and half years.

of course, i suppose it helps that i pay for the services i used.

company policy or not, they aren't legally obligated (as far as i know) to just give away their service because you used more than usual. if you make a big road trip, do you walk into Chevron and demand a full refund on half of all the gas you've bought this month because you're driving extra? hey, you're a loyal customer, right? so they should give you double the gas for the same price! no. and if you only rent 2 movies from netflix in march, they should let you have double movies in april, right? no. why? cause that's not the contract you agreed to.

How can you pay that much and only have that many minutes? I $25 a month for 250 anytime and unlimited nights & weekends with Cingular, and I've never had a problem with them.

So you can't use your insider knowledge of the company to abuse their system. My heart is breaking for you.

No sh|t. If they were legally obligated, I wouldn't be wasting my time posting on AT instead of contacting my employer. Contracts don't cover everything. Management used to bust my balls for not offering crap to snotty customers and I completely understand why. Now that I'm on the receiving end, I expect to be treated the same way that management was forcing everyone to treat their customers: respect. dignity. honor.

Christ I feel like a Klingon.

I do not appreciate being cut off in the middle of a sentence and I do not appreciate some stupid ass on the other end of the phone making my life miserable because they're too lazy (or just outright refuse?) to look up the things that their boss REQUIRES them to honor! I had to bite my tongue when I didn't think a customer deserved their credits. I had to offer them and it pissed me off. However, I DID MY GODDAMN JOB.

I'm not abusing the system. Who's abusing the system? Who is getting more than they deserve? Nobody. Go to hell.

Read the thread. In this situation, having worked for them, I know that they are required to offer specific things up front if I say the right things. I said the right things and they still refused to honor their own company policy. Go fvck yourself.
wow, oh wow. yah, let's take out your aggression on an online message board for being such an idiot w/ your cell phone minutes. that'll get you some credibility and maturity points...

I've got all kinds of other crap on my account like the Sidekick feature that allows me unlimited SMS and data transfer (internet) on my Sidekick which is an additional $20 just for the feature itself, unlimited nights on the second phone on my account, roadside assistance, and handset insurance. That crap's all extra.

I use them. Only problem so far is they overbilled by $138 one month (not overbilled, but overcharged on my CC) and it took a while to get sorted out. I will stay with them, though I can't say I've heard a terrific amount of good things about them. Not much bad, but nothing spectacular.

When did I bitch that I deserve to go over my minutes and never pay an extra dime? When did I bitch that I should get to go over my minutes and get a credit every single time it happens? I've gone over my minutes before. I have never once asked for a credit from the company when I had the right, under their company policy, to do so.

All you ass monkeys just FVCK OFF!

And why are you calling me a Jew?

I know someone who had a $1000 bill, which was just ridicolous. They offered to let him off by upgrading his plan. Maybe you could call and offer to sign a contract for an upgraded plan or something. Tell them that they will be loosing money in the long run if they loose you at a customer. No offense or anything, but how did you manage to go over so much without noticing?

Just because their system says that I used 800 doesn't mean that I actually did. I almost have nightmares about having to sit and drudge through Samson's logs (the main proggy they use) to find out why customers are getting double/miss billed. The biggest credit I ever gave was something like $21,000 to a small company for charging them minutes on calls on the weekend, at night, and for mob-2-mob when they were supposed to get all of it free.

Computers make mistakes, folks. I'm surprised that nobody's realized that considering where I'm posting.

tmobile service sucks, but they got a hot spokeswoman in CZJ!
verizon service is good, but their ads 'can you hear me now?' are really annoying.

the day verizon lures CZJ away from tmobile, i'm dumping all my money into verizon stock!

this is the problem, you dipsh!t: it's clear (regardless of your claims), that you are pissed about having to pay a $400 phone bill. had you gone $5 over, and not been given a "credit" you wouldn't give two sh!ts. but instead, you're a complete jerk off, and have to whine about PAYING FOR THE MINUTES YOU USED ON YOUR PHONE. oh dear god, the tragedy. who would have thought? actually paying for a service??!?!?! blasphemy! and then, saying things like "fvck off" to people that are hitting you w/ the reality of things. just, wow. (lemme guess, you were fired from tmobile?)

secondly, you can say whatever you want, but we have absolutely no proof that tmobile's policy is to extend a credit courtesy to loyal customers. you just expect us to take your word for it. even if something similar would be included, it would be just that - a fvcking COURTESY.

i had tmobile for more than two years, and spent about 4 times as much as you. they have nothing but great customer service, which i leraned the hard way by going w/ AT&T for the past 9 months.

oh, and regarding the "jew" comment, read the post that i linked above and you'll understand why.
