Their not equal, and neither is overall superior. As you realize there is an entire array of things that one sex does better than the other, but using the term "equal" takes that away. Each sex should be enjoyed for its strengths (and weaknesses).

OP, it's not "the woman's place to cook, clean & care for children". It is the responsibility of BOTH parents if BOTH parents work outside of the home.

Cumulatively they are equal

For example.
Emotions: Women 1 - Men 0
Strength: Men 1 - Women 0
Total: Men 1 - Women 1

A woman's emotions is a point for them? I guess when you're bipolar women's emotions aren't a big deal but to the rest of the world, women's emotions is negative one million.

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one. Personally I find women the far more emotionally developed sex. Men seem emotionally repressed.

My wife and I do that kind of stuff together a lot. Like one time I was tiling an exterior table, and she handed me pieces I needed. Put tape on the pieces that needed to be hung off side (verticals)... I do anything house wise except laundry. Basically teamwork.

(pro tip guys - just leave the shit in there till it mildews, few times ruining clothes & that job will end😉 I've also bleached whole loads)

What do men do better? Talking shit and brawn is about all I can think of. Anything to do with people or being meticulous I'd hire a woman first which is almost any job but bailing hay.😛

lol i do all the laundry. i don't mind it. Only part i don't do is put it away.

a very high number of tasks are not particularly difficult for either men or women ...people love to focus on the differences but there is much more in common than different when you actually get down to it
 
(I don't believe that one sex is better than the other. In fact, I flipped out at school on our guidance counselor after an army recruiter (female) told the females in the audience that if the were thinking about majoring in math or science at college, they should think twice about it, because even if they have a higher average, they're not as good at it as men are.)

Nonetheless, I present this:
Historically, many societies - even modern societies - have practiced infanticide. Generally, it's the females who are killed because they are not valued as highly as males in their societies. See China for a modern example.
