I have a 20x8 shed filled with hay that has to be moved. It's 102F in the shade, and probably 20 degrees warmer hotter in the loft of the barn. I really hope it cools off quickly this evening.

edit: wow, only 40% humidity. :)

We have had 31 days if 100+ heat. Previous record was 29. Normal is like 8 or 9. Farming is a total loss as its also the second worst drought in recorded history.

Temperature in Toronto is 100F, feels like 120F. It's like stepping into an oven outside. Glad I didn't have to work today. AC or no, driving around all day is brutal in these temperatures. I haven't left the house in two days.

Time to hit the beaches I suppose. It's disgusting outside. They also took down a huge oak tree and logged it and the smell is horrible. Smells like dog shit!

Might as well just get naked and lose the tan lines! :cool:
