This is one part of NetFlix streaming I really found annoying. Sometimes shows will just disappear out of my Instant Queue. I was watching the Series "The Universe" and one day I go to watch another episode and it is gone. Will the content was pulled from Netflix.

Because it's licensed and they have to come to an agreement with the license holders about how long their stuff is available. Netflix doesn't have complete authority.

understood but it would be great if they could indicate when a licensing deadline was approaching so i could finish up all my strawberry shortcake episodes before they vanished.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was part of the contract that netflix NOT provide this information.

I now have about 330 entries in my instant queue.

There is plenty of good content.

I mainly stick to foreign content on Netflix.. a buttload of Korean movies and dramas, plenty of Chinese/HK kung fu flicks.. BBC content like Luther, Doctor Who. Netflix does a great job on recommending other shows and movies based on your habits.

I know that. Doesn't mean I cannot bitch about it. I am the customer and I can bitch about whatever I want. ;)

If you have a Roku, you can get the Instant Watch Browser ($2.99) which does just that. If you don't have a Roku, get one.

Or you can go to Instant Watcher and it will tell you what shows are going to expire in the next month or so.

Oh, looking at that I noticed that Kevin Smith's Red State is going to expire on October 18th, so if you have not watched it I would recommend you do so now! It is a good show.

Cheeck your queue. On the rigjt hand side it will list an expiration date for the title if there is one looming. Also, instantwatcher.com (free) has a continuously updating list of what's expiring soon.

4 seasons of "Damages" is available. It's fantastic. I made it through the first season in 1 day.
