I make it all the timeI've only had light, fluffy cheesecake once, many years ago. Every other time it has been dense yet delicious cheesepie. I conclude that the cake variety has become extinct with only the cheesepie species surviving in the wild.
RIP cheesecake, if only our politicians had protected this endangered species while there still was a chance to save it.
well, not all the time, but 3-4 times/year.
