Tito’s vodka, you anti-american heathens! Distilled in Austin, TX and as a bonus it’s gluten free because it's made from corn!

Tito's buys bulk alcohol from large agribusiness sources, ADM allegedly, and just runs it through their own still once so that they can say it's "Made in Texas".

I do not really love its feel or taste personally.

Trump threatens Apple with a 25% tariff on phones

Tim Apple, STOP!! .... Maybe Tim Apple should offer a jet to the president?

Remember when Republicans pretended to be for small government? Remember when MAGA flipped out about the government picking winners and losers?…Now that’s ALL they want it to do

All the tariffs are subject to a temper tantrum from Trump. No stability. No good faith. Governance by tantrum. He is back to "threatening" because he is the worst negotiator.

Central Planner Dear Leader. Government dictating private sector business policy and pricing. Pure Marxism. Banana Republic strongmen always control companies to benefit the strongman. You can tell Donald knows nothing about business beyond marketing an extortion. Hey MAGA ... You can stop pretending to care about government regulations.

So " conservatives" are now ok with threatening of, and extortion of US companies by the President?

It's LONG past the time for congress to take away grandpa's tariff keys.

Hopefully the EU tariff threat will help nudge Polish voters in the non-insane direction.
Polish are already on that trend becuase of Russia. Now this will be totally brutal.

EDIT: Also, 50% that's way more than the original deal, so it means that the rest of countries, specially China will end having more than expecting. Everything to end with the deal with Russia.

Corporate leaders cannot plan with this madman in the White House. This is an untenable situation that screams for corrective action.

Threatening corporations while making billions off his crypto scam. A bunch of tariff threats as he jets off for a long weekend of golf at a cost of millions of taxpayer dollars. Another pump and dump scheme. Trump had lots of foreign Billionaires and Millionaires at his golfing spot last night...I'm assuming we will never know who they were.

Is this surprising? The core of the Republican party is scammers (which includes car dealerships) and pedophiles. They can't envision making money in legitimate ways.

The car dealer thing is particularly amusing since Trump would see them all out of business due to auto and auto parts tariffs plus his affinity for Elon who famously has no dealers as such. Those guys have fought tooth and nail to try to prevent direct sales and Trump is BFF with their worst enemy lol.

Ha. I was on a Tito’s kick. But I like reyka better

A little smoother
Honestly after a certain, fairly low, quality point I don't feel that there is almost any discernable difference between vodkas. Kind of the entire point of the stripping and distillation process of making vodka is to remove nearly everything from it but the alcohol.

I told you tariff otaku would not nap forever.

He is going to 'recommend' a 50% Tariff? Who is he recommending it to? I thought he was the Kwisatz Haderach of America? God Emperor who single handedly decides taxation levels and university entrance requirements.

Word! Trump doesn't conduct business, he conducts scams. You can bet all his foreign buddies got a heads up on this last night because they all lost so much on his crypto scam. He told his crypto buddies last night this was coming so they could sell. By Tuesday, he will backtrack so they can buy. I'm losing track of how many times he’s now done this to illegally enrich himself and his cronies. If there is some other explanation for this strategy other than stock manipulation or insanity, I’d like to hear what is.

Chinese Crypto billionaire Justin Sun charged criminally by Biden is the biggest investor in Trump's meme coin grift, after Trump lifts the criminal charges against him. Our garbage MSM/cable "news" are sleeping, refusing to inform the public of this endless corruption. Along with the opposition party.

It's ludicrous that the guy who knows the least about trade balances and tariffs has the most control over them in the world. Every developed country including America will be in economic peril until the other two branches step in and put an end to it.

The only new thing being "manufactured" in America under Trump is uncertainty, instability and chaos.

"Thank you for your attention to this matter!!"

My POV on this is that entirely depends on your use case for the spirit. Cooking? Who cares. Cocktails with components that are likely to mostly overwhelm any more subtle variations in flavor and viscosity? Many mid range vodkas will do, lower end ones might still taste through in unpleasant ways so I avoid. Martini or straight? Yea, this one matters to me and I always call when I order (My preference is for Grey Goose, Belvedere, or Chopin).

250 million of deficit? Man... that is a decent number, but talking about powers, this is not much... adding 50% tariff didn't make the situation wild? is literally an embargo!

My mother's family is Russian (before you say anything, they defected from the USSR in the 60's) Vodka is practically a side dish at dinner, drank straight, in small sips, at just below room temp (and you are expected to join in on this at around the age of 13). There is a lower limit to what is acceptable to drink, but really after a certain point (and it does not correlate with price particularly well) they are all basically the same.

I drink a fair amount of cask strength whisky so I might have more opinions about the more subtle differences in lower proof spirits than a lot of people. There are discernible differences to me personally in viscosity and taste between say Smirnoff and Belvedere, for example, when drank straight or in a martini. I’ve blind tasted this also to make sure I’m not making it up. Anyway the 15-20 cents per ounce difference between something I like less and something I like more is not really a major factor in my decision making.
