Yay finally Friday, and nothing to do this weekend. Yay.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
Frangelico
Lemon Flavored Vodka
1/4 lemon (wedge cut)
sugar

Directions:
Mix drink: 1 part Frangelico, 1 part lemon flavored vodka. Coat (dip) lemon wedge in sugar. Shoot drink but don't swallow. Suck on lemon wedge then swallow.

Tastes exactly like chocolate cake, although I have no idea why.

I have managed to slam the car door onto my index finger of my right hand ... :oops: and I still don't understand how. :(
Anyhow: do you know :colbert: how hard it is to type without the right index finger when you know how to do the two-finger-keyboard-dance only? ;)
The pain is not so bad - the decreased mobility is much harder to deal with ... o_O

Yes, and I feel your pain.
I am also right handed, and I recently (this week) had to have an MRI and an MRA.
Unfortunately the site of the IV became infected and now my right arm is let us say, less than optimal.
When undergoing a $10,000 procedure is it too much to ask that they use a 25 cent alcohol wipe??? Actually I have lots of them, I would donate if they really needed it.
geez (oh yeah, and it hurts too)

Get well, Wiz. Infections are no fun at all.
The finger is now quite stiff - and the fact that I had to showel a few tons of snow did not help ... ;)

Sorry Peter, that really can hurt a lot.
I need to call my doctor and find out why the antibiotic he prescribed doesn't seem to be working. The inflamed area is larger today.

Most antibiotics have to build up in the body at least a little to be effective. The worst mistake people make is not to take the full course for whatever reason - this is why we have MRSA. But I would probably go back to my doctor if it got worse, just to be safe.

I hope you both make speedy recoveries.

at disney world this week. had lots of meals at nice restaurants b/c my wife decided that we needed 3 meals and 2 snacks per person per day. had some great french, american, african, italian, and norwegian food. sadly, no bbq :( good news, however, we have 56 snacks still available!! anybody at disney this week look me up, popcorn is on me ;) more good news, I think that rapunzel was giving me the eye this morning...

Depends on the age of the pricess: if she is old enough so that you and your wife can get the inheritance. ;)

dammit i spent the last 3 hours looking through this for a BBQ recipe...fml...i should be eating ribs by now!

It was pointed out to me at the end of the day yesterday, that the following was written on my white board without my noticing it all day:

One of the police sergeants was looking at the "gibberish" (PHP & SQL) on my board, and decided that needed to be on the board somewhere. :D

I'll get a good one. My brother-in-law has a huge smoker, he goes to bbq competitions at rodeos and such. his team often does very well, they got 2nd in ribs one year at the san antonio livestock show and rodeo. unfortunately, that night they partied like rockstars and screwed up the other bbq for the following day... ;)
