Alright guys....most of you no doubt have TONS of steam games just sitting around on your accounts..and I've seen a few threads pop up giving up games for free. So this is what I'm trying to do..one giant thread with people listing there games that they have for gifting purposes.

Ideally, List the games that you have available.

The games you have gifted away list the date and member you gave to.

Edit your orginal post as games come and go~! Ideally you want to support members who have given the most. Also if you see something you want. PM the person, don't Post YGPM this way we can keep this thread junk free~!

Team Fortress 2 (Maybe..on the fence)
Portal
Half Life 2 EP 1
Half Life 2 EP 2
Half Life 2 Lost Coast

so can i also ask for a copy of a game here then? if i can, then is anyone willing to give me their half life 2? it would be really nice 😀.
 
My experience with Steam is very limited. How does one give away a Steam game to another person? Do you just give the CD-Key and the other person can download from Steam for free?

Steam gives you free "gifts" of games you own to send to other people.
 
I have the following

HL2 Lost Coast
Portal
Peggle Extreme
HL2 Deathmatch

I just found out I can give these away because I got them free with a 8800GT EVGA card I bought. I anyone knows how to give them away LMK. Thanks

So if someone were to give me an invite/link, I could download the game onto my computer? Would I be able to re-download if I bought a new computer and scrapped the old one?

yes , because now the game would be tied to your user name/password. it might have to be re-downloaded.
