The single greatest movie of all time?

It's sad that a movie made over 30 years ago is still the best movie of all time. I don't care about nostalgia... why hasn't anything better come along ? What makes that [series of] movie so good, even today ?
 
Conan the Barbarian. It's got hot chicks, nudity, pit fights, swords, an orgy scene, and lots of killin, all necessary for a movie to qualify as greatest of all time.

Studios have shelled out hundreds of millions on movies only to have them bomb (think Pearl Harbor). Thus, the big studios spend all their efforts on established properties or ideas, using big name stars and overexposure. In other words: It's the money.
