I saw the movie in theatre with probably my entire family. I think everyone cried during that scene and I laughed when he hit it and flipped around lmao.

ROFL @ flipped around. Ahahahaha, yea...my wife still don't think its funny. But damn I do.

Also in Joe Dirt, at the end. On the bungy cord when he falls off the bridge ....I laugh my ass off when he comes up and smashes his head into the bottom of the bridge. 😀

The English Patient.
Everyone dies!!!! Nearly everyone.

Atonement.
Worst twist ending ever. You are thinking how nice it is that they get to be together and then they pull the rug out from under you! I was like "Damn!!! How can you do that!!!!"

The saddest is Star Wars Phantom Menace, sad in a horrible pathetic kind of way

These were sad

Life is Beautiful
UP (yeah the animated one, first 20 minutes or so)
Jaws, (my favorite character was eaten)

My Dog Skip, good pull

Any movie about animals where the family pet dies gets me every time. I even fell for that Marly movie, should have known better.

Bright Eyes is the first movie that comes to mind. As far as TV, I'd say The Body, The Gift or Sleeping In Light.

One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest deserves a mention. Goddam nurse Ratchet makes me want to stab her. Same thing again when she was on DS9!

Naqoyqatsy

when the music they ended up using for the bad adaptation of the "mist" starts playing and you see the children in filth one cannot help to be moved..

If you have not seen this film you should..

That Japanese-looking name reminded me of Fires on the Plains which was another really sad and VERY creepy movie.
