The Power Supply Thread

I just got a new Antec case and it came with a 480watt Truepower 2 power supply (new). I currently own a 2 year old Antec Neopower 480watt power supply. Looks like both have dual 12v rails, but the Neopower has the modular cable system (I used all the cables anyways). The Neopower, although 2 years old, typically has about 250w load, and is plugged into an APC UPS with voltage regulation, so I don't think it has been stressed too much. However, the Truepower has two PCI-E plugs. I seem to be finding conflicting info on which power supply is better. Any suggestions? Is age an issue for the Neopower? Which one should I keep?
