Yes to gravy. Add some fried pork chops or hamburger steak and onions, green beans, and a tall glass of milk.

Sounds like a good idea and I'll try it. I just went cold turkey on butter 6 weeks ago and haven't had a nibble.

I always have potatoes on hand, always.
